Returns and Exchanges

For inquiries about returns or exchanges, please send photos of any items or manufacturing defects in question to the following address:

Condition of Returned Items:

We only accept items in resell-able condition, with packaging intact, and tags attached. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original condition. Unfortunately, items with "dog damage" (i.e. items with tooth punctures, scratched, chewed & ripped items, items with dried saliva or items covered in fur) will not be accepted for return. For all intents and purposes: "THEY BITE, YOU BUY."

For items purchased online, we will only consider reviewing potential returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Note there may be a shipping fee for returns and exchanges.
